incorrect rate percentage charge

I found the customer service acceptable.

My credit card was billed a higher amount two days before arrival. This annoyed me. I was also told I would be charged a percentage for using a credit card. I found this unacceptable.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service

easy access separate lounge area great size bathroom

The location provided easy access to the Three Sisters and Echo Point. The hotel was maintained. Our room included a separate lounge area, which we used frequently. The bathroom was a great size, and the shower worked very well.

I noticed that the parking seemed quite limited. There was no valet service available. Guests staying at the hotel did not appear to have priority over those visiting the restaurant. A parking permit system for hotel guests might improve this situation.

dated room musty smell

i found the hotel somewhat disappointing. the room i received felt dated and in need of refurbishment. the bathroom grout had visible mold and there was a musty smell throughout the suite. these issues detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay.
